FIDE 4689640 · GER · 2171 standard · no title · Lichess emperor555. Path: train first, then crush. This file is the dossier. Chess happens in the tools it opens.
Say what is shown, with 🎤 or 🎧: moves, a square alone, your command words — and at 🤫 stay quiet or make a sound, so the model learns what is not a move. Each recording is kept with its label and position (on this Mac in ~/.cache/zwischenzug/voice/samples, on the hosted site on its server, for you only) to train the model on your voice. The score is how well it hears you today.
Every position at a glance. Click one to solve it on the board. Status comes from the Aagaard log: solved means a full line on the latest attempt.
Default 10 hours in the 8–12 band. If a day slips, cut openings first, never calculation or endgames.
| Day | Work | Min | Open |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mon | Candidate-move calculation (write lines). Then 15 min Lucena/Philidor drill. | 105 | Book + practice |
| Tue | Endgame method (de la Villa / Chessable). Play the won ending vs tablebase-perfect defense. | 90 | Chessable + Lichess |
| Wed | Untimed mixed tactics. Stop if you are guessing. Accuracy over rating. | 90 | ChessTempo |
| Thu | One model game, pause-and-predict. 30 min repertoire maintenance only. | 90 | Study + Chessable |
| Fri | Calculation 60. Then one 15+10 or 30+20. Annotate before engine. | 105 | Lichess |
| Sat | Deep analysis / simulation of your own critical positions (Kuljasevic method). | 90 | Analysis board |
| Sun | Off, walk, sleep. Optional 30 min spaced-repetition openings if you missed Thu. | 0–30 | — |
| Weeks | Emphasis | Done when |
|---|---|---|
| 1–4 | Calculation hygiene + rook endings. Freeze opening expansion. | You write candidate lists without prompting. Lucena/Philidor are automatic. |
| 5–8 | Conversion: +/= endings vs engine from your openings. Trim the repertoire. | You can convert a pawn-up rook ending in 20 minutes of play vs Stockfish at reduced strength, without panic. |
| 9–12 | Slow games 2×/week + full postmortem. First crush event is optional, not required. | A folder of 12 analysed slow games with your errors tagged (calc / conversion / opening / time). |
From FIDE Title Regulations B.01, in force 1 January 2024. GM is the last box, not the next one.
| Title | Rating | Also | You |
|---|---|---|---|
| CM | 2200 | none (need 30 rated games at the time for ratings after 2017-07-01) | +29 · first stamp |
| FM | 2300 | none | +129 · first serious title |
| IM | 2400 | 3 IM norms, ≥27 games, performance ≥2450, opp. avg ≥2230 | +229 + events |
| GM | 2500 | 3 GM norms, ≥27 games, performance ≥2600, opp. avg ≥2380, mix of GMs and federations | +329 + professional volume |
K-factor at 2171 is 20 (under 2400). Rating does not move without classical games. Training without games will plateau; that is why Crush exists as a later tab, not as week one.
Honest ceiling talk: 43, 2171, league-volume FIDE games, Lichess blitz 2085. FM is a real amateur-title project. IM needs a multi-year tournament life. GM is the north star of this dossier, not a 12-week promise.

Solve from the book at a board. Write the whole line before you look. Log the number and where your line ended, never the position. Chapter 6: exercises book p.152–153 (1–12), p.157 (13–18), p.159 (19–24).
You have not committed a tournament volume yet. That is allowed. This tab stays closed as a schedule until the training leak is under control.
When you switch it on, the first year is not GM norms. It is:
Lichess rapid already peaked 2354. Slow chess is the weapon. Blitz is the leak. Crush is converting that peak onto a FIDE card.
